Frico alla friulana

Ingredients

  • 200g Mixture of semi-hard cheeses (Puroborone, Marivaux, Gouda, Cheddar)
  • 100g boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 Onion
  • Butter

Frico alla friulana

Time: 5 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 4 人分
 

Directions

  1. Cut cheese into 5mm cubes.
  2. Slice onion.
  3. Boil potatoes in their skins with salt. Peel them and put in a bowl, mash with the back of a spoon.
  4. Add cheese into the potatoes.
  5. Saute the onion with butter until soft, then add potatoes and cheese, cook until crisp at high heat.
  6. Turn upside down and cook until crisp also.
