I went to Italy at the age of 18, and was attracted to the local food and italian home cooking. My profession is a chef. I have been the same profession almost half of my life. I love do cook from with all my heart. I'm in the kitchen even holidays and cook various kind of dishes with spirit of challenge. Chinese, Japanese, Chinese noodles and hamburg steak... it is such a fan to make these kind of menu, especially with my children. Recently I try to outdoor activities and also try to cooking outdoors. I enjoyed cook with a dutch oven and char-grill cooking.
I also love alcohol; not only enjoy wine but also Japanese sake, shochu, awamori, malt, and so on .
My hobby is driving with my family (Enoshima is my favorite spot) and the play catch o f with my children.
