Fresh Strawberry Custard Pie

Ingredients

1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 pt. fresh strawberries, cut in half

1 (7 3/4 ounce) jar prepared vanilla custard pudding
9 inch pie shell, baked

Directions

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Refrigerate to consistency of unbeaten egg, then mix in berries. Spread cooled pie shell with pudding. Top this with gelatin mix and refrigerate till hard. Garnish with whipped cream or possibly whipped topping.
