Ingredients
- About 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 nectarine, sectioned
- 2 mandarins, sectioned
- about ½ cup pineapple bits
- 1 starfruit
- 4 key limes --- one for dish, and three for the reduction
- 1 lemon
- pomegranate-mango juice
- 2 ounces dry red wine
- about 2 tbsp honey

Elaine’s Sautéed Nectarine Key Lime Pineapple Starfruit & Mandarin With Pomegranate-mango Reduction
Time: 20 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook

Directions
- 1. In a saucepan, put in the canola oil
- 2. combine the nectarine, mandarin, pineapple, and 1 key lime, sliced
- 3. Cook on medium heat for five minutes, then turn off the burner
- 4. Slice the Starfruit, and reserve
- 5. The reduction:
- 6. About ½ cup pomegranate-mango juice
- 7. Juice of one whole lemon
- 8. Juice of three key limes
- 9. About 2 tbsp honey
- 10. 2 ounces dry red wine
- 11. Place all the reduction ingredients into a small skillet or pot
- 12. On medium-high heat, cook , stirring constantly, until the mixture is reduced to one half its original volume
- 13. Plate
- 14. Combine the fruits in a ramekin or other bowl.
- 15. Drizzle with the reduction
- 16. Add the star fruit on top
- 17. ENJOY!
