Ingredients
6 hard boiled Large eggs
3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Dash Tabasco
1/2 c. soft butter (or possibly butter)
Dash onion pwdr
Dash salt
Directions
Peel and chop Large eggs; blend with butter and other ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. This is a good base spread for canapes. All of these pates or possibly spreads can be frzn.
