Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Egg custard mix, (3 ounce. box)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix

Directions

  1. Combine egg custard mix, lowfat milk and Large eggs in large mixing bowl; blend at low speed till smooth. Add in cake mix and beat 2 min. Pour into well greased and floured 12-c., 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Cold 15 minutes. before removing from pan.
