- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. tomato paste

Easy Homemade Ketchup
Time: 5 minutes prep, 60 minutes cook
Directions
- Saute the onions in the oil until translucent, add the garlic and saute 30 seconds over a medium low heat.
- Add all the other ingredients, and simmer 1 hour.
- As the mixture reduces, you'll need to stir it frequently.
- Cool, puree in 2 batches until smooth.
