Easy Apple Crisp

This is such a quick recipe, sweet and so very easy. We have a lovely family orchard consisting of many singular trees, pomegranate, peach, plum, cherry, lemon, grapefruit, kumquat, quince, fig, apricot, persimmon, Gala apple and a Granny Smith apple tree. I use all my fresh fruits, either freezing, preserving or cooking with them. I use my Granny Smiths for this recipe.
