Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb king crab legs
- 1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp dry vermouth

Directions
- Remove crab meat from shells (2 1/2 pounds king crab legs will yield approximately 1 1/4 pounds crab meat).
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mix on all sides of crab legs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, 30 min.
- To cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook crab, turning as necessary till browned and heated through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
