Directions

  1. Remove crab meat from shells (2 1/2 pounds king crab legs will yield approximately 1 1/4 pounds crab meat).
  2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mix on all sides of crab legs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, 30 min.
  3. To cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook crab, turning as necessary till browned and heated through.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
