- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 x shallots finely minced
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 2 x fluid ounces heavy cream
- 1 tsp clarified butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill minced

Dill Sauce For Chicken Picardy

Directions
- TO PREPARE DILL SAUCE:Add in clarified butter to a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, add in shallots and saute/fry. Quickly add in chicken stock, white wine, and heavy cream. Reduce by half and add in minced fresh dill.
