- 4 c. Sugar
- 8 c. Figs
- 4 x Lemons, sliced

Directions
- Wash figs and remove stems. Combine ingredients. Cook over low heat about 45 min. Pour into warm, sterilized jars and seal.
- Makes about 5 pints.
- NOTE: Get a book on canning if unsure about sealing and processing.
