Ingredients

  • 4 c. Sugar
  • 8 c. Figs
  • 4 x Lemons, sliced

Directions

  1. Wash figs and remove stems. Combine ingredients. Cook over low heat about 45 min. Pour into warm, sterilized jars and seal.
  2. Makes about 5 pints.
  3. NOTE: Get a book on canning if unsure about sealing and processing.
