Ingredients

  • 5 lb Cucumbers
  • 1 lb Bell peppers
  • 1 lb Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 lb Onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 pt Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pt Water
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers, soak overnight in ice cool water. Drain and add in other vegetables. Mix together vinegar, water, sugar and vegetable oil, and pour over the vegetables.
