Ingredients
- 5 lb Cucumbers
- 1 lb Bell peppers
- 1 lb Tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb Onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 pt Vinegar
- 1 1/2 pt Water
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil

Directions
- Peel and slice cucumbers, soak overnight in ice cool water. Drain and add in other vegetables. Mix together vinegar, water, sugar and vegetable oil, and pour over the vegetables.
