- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Creole mustard
- 1 tbs. minced each: scallions, celery, Manzanilla olives, bell pepper, pepperoncini or banana peppers, parsley,
- 1 hardboiled egg, minced
- 1 small Roma tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- optional: 1 tsp. capers
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- pinch sugar
- Tabasco to taste
