Creole Comeback Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Creole mustard
  • 1 tbs. minced each: scallions, celery, Manzanilla olives, bell pepper, pepperoncini or banana peppers, parsley,
  • 1 hardboiled egg, minced
  • 1 small Roma tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • optional: 1 tsp. capers
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • pinch sugar
  • Tabasco to taste
