- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 pound boneless chuck steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 pkg. Lipton noodles and sauce
- Lowfat sour cream and chives

Creamy Noodles 'N Beef
Servings: 4
Directions
- In medium skillet, heat oil and brown beef; drain. Add in water and simmer, covered, 25 min or possibly till beef is tender. Bring to the boiling point; add in remaining ingredients, continue cooking but don't boil, stirring occasionally, 7 min or possibly till noodles are tender.
