- 16 ounce Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. Apple Juice, Frzn Concentrate thawed, undiluted
- 3 c. lowfat milk

Creamy Apple Milkshake

Directions
- 1. Thoroughly combine yogurt, sugar, honey and apple juice concentrate.
- Chill about 1 hour or possibly till thoroughly chilled.
- 2. Add in lowfat milk to chilled yogurt mix and serve cool.
- Yield: 6 servings.
