- 2 1/2 cups Oyster Crackers
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Time: 10 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 12 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place crackers in prepared pan and set aside.
- Meanwhile in a small saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil, stirring constantly and cook, stirring often, 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Turn oven off. Sprinkle crackers with chocolate and let stand in oven for 3 minutes or until chocolate melts.
- With the back of a spoon, spread chocolate evenly over crackers. Top with pecans.
- Cool; break into pieces. Store in refrigerator.
