Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (6oz) frzn crabmeat
  • 1 can (6oz) crab, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. (2oz) Swiss cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced celery
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced green bell Pepper
  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. French dressing or possibly cocktail Sauce Salt to taste

Directions

  1. If using frzn crab, drain about half the liquid off.
  2. Combine all ingredients; refrigerateand serve.
