Ingredients

  • 1 box cous cous cooked according to instructions (they now have flavored ones and I have tried the roasted garlic that is nice. You can also flavor your own by just cooking in broth rather than water)
  • 1 can Black olives sliced
  • 1 sm Onion chopped
  • 2 x Tomatoes cut up small
  • 1 x Cucumber cut into small peices
  • 2 x Or possibly more warm peppers chopped or possibly sliced into rings Drizzle w/ extra virgin olive oil and some nice vinegar, basil or possibly dill weed (sufficient to give it flavor and sort of keep it from sticking together) I have also used mixed up Good Seasons

Directions

  1. It's a nice lite starch, using fresh vegies at the same time. Better than pasta salad, I think.
