Ingredients

  • 6 lrg Tomatoes, ripe
  • 12 ounce Cottage cheese creamed, or possibly garden-style
  • 2 Tbsp. Salad dressing mayonnaise-type
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper Minced dry chives as desired
  • 6 x Lettuce c.

Directions

  1. Wash and dry tomatoes. Remove cores. Cut each tomato into wedges three-fourths of the way down. Pull apart slightly. Mix cottage cheese, salad dressing, and pepper.
  2. Stuff tomatoes with the cottage cheese mix. Sprinkle with chives as desired. Serve in lettuce c..
