Corn Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, taken off the cob
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 c cream, milk or half and half
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Corn Fondue

Time: 5 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook
Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and cover over a low heat for one hour stirring often. When the corn is cooked, blend the mixture well in a large blender; strain. Season with salt and pepper.
