Ingredients

  • 3 c. Corn Flake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Light Cream Cheese

Corn Flake Pie Crust

Directions

  1. Grind corn flakes in food processor, add in sugar and process just untilenough to mix. Add in half of cream cheese and process. Add in remaining cream=
  2. cheese and process. spray 9" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour in crust mix. Gently and proportionately press to bottom and sides to create crust. Refrigeratebefore adding filling.
