Large gatherings of people who like corn on the cob requires a couple of lobster pots or a wash tub and a lot of boiling water and patience. Not anymore. Thanks to tailgating technology there is a simple way to make dozens of ears of corn for the hungry revelers.

Ingredients

  • Corn on the cob -- dozens

Directions

  1. Husk the corn
  2. Place it in a cooler (like the one with the beer in it)
  3. Pour 2 or more tea pots full of boiling water into the cooler
  4. Close the lid
  5. 30 minutes to 2 hours later open the lid
  6. Eat the corn
