Ingredients

  • To serve 2 or possibly 3
  • 1 pt Lowfat milk Ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Alternate: 1/4 c. Bourbon Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Pour lowfat milk into a qt measuring pitcher, and add in ice cubes till the level rises to the 3 c. mark. Transfer to the blender, and add in the powdered sugar and either vanilla or possibly bourbon to taste. Whirl till smooth and slushy; pour into glasses, dust with nutmeg, and serve immediately.
