Ingredients
- 3 cups cantaloupe, chopped
- 3 cups honeydew, chopped
- 3 cups of orange juice
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- allspice and/or cinnamon
- 2 cups White Wine

Cold Melon Soup
Time: 15 minutes prep
Servings: 4-6
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except the white wine and spices with an immersion blender
- Chill
- Ladle soup into bowls
- put spices in small individual bowls
- Pour wine in a pretty pitcher and place on table
- Allow guests to add their desired amount of wine and spices into their soup. Use spices sparingly.
