Cold Melon Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cantaloupe, chopped
  • 3 cups honeydew, chopped
  • 3 cups of orange juice
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • allspice and/or cinnamon
  • 2 cups White Wine

Cold Melon Soup

Time: 15 minutes prep
Servings: 4-6
 

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the white wine and spices with an immersion blender
  2. Chill
  3. Ladle soup into bowls
  4. put spices in small individual bowls
  5. Pour wine in a pretty pitcher and place on table
  6. Allow guests to add their desired amount of wine and spices into their soup. Use spices sparingly.
