  • FENNEL 30GM
  • CUCUMBER 30GM
  • RED ONION 20GM
  • DILL 10GM
  • MINT 10GM
  • BASIL 10GM
  • GRILLED CHICKEN 50GM
  • BEETROOT 30GM
  • CASHEW NUTS 30GM
  • SEMOLINA CROUTON 30GM

Directions

  1. Diced the cucumber, chicken, shrimps, beets, smoked beef, red peppers, roasted cashews, radish,.
  2. Shave the fennel , julienne the avocado and red onions.
  3. Combine the lemon juice,vinegar, chopped garlic, yoghurt,, olive oil,sumac, pomegranade syrup, salt and pepper, chopped shallots.
  4. Mix the greens , the avocado and the fennel with the dressing.
  5. Then arrange the diced garnish on top , garnish with lavosh and polenta croutons
