- 2 c. Picked cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. Roasted pine nuts
- 1/2 c. Roasted walnuts
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil (or possibly sufficient to make a paste) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
