Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. walnuts, minced
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. cool lowfat milk

Directions
- Put together all ingredients together and press into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake for 15 min in a 350F degree oven.
- Mix together and spread on top of cooled crust.
- Mix with electric mixer and spread on top of filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill.
