Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkt (11.5-ounce) Nestle Toll House lowfat milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 ct (15-ounce) Ricotta cheese
  • 2 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced citron
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 12 x Prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
  • 1/3 c. Finely minced pistachio nuts

Directions

  1. Heat over warm (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House lowfat milk chocolate morsels; stir till smooth. Remove from heat; cold to room temperature. In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese till smooth. Add in cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, citron and vanilla extract; beat well. Blend in melted morsels. Spoon into cannoli shells. Dip ends in nuts. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
