Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pt Chocolate ice cream, soften
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. Water

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Pour batter into a well greased and floured 12-c., 10-inch Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. Cooled cake can be frosted with coconut fudge frosting or possibly glazed with chocolate icing.
