Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies
Servings: 4
Directions
- Beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar and salt till soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar till mix is stiff and glossy. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop from a tsp. onto a baking sheet lined with brown paper. Bake at 300 degrees for about 25 min or possibly till lightly browned. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
