Ingredients
- 2 lbs brussel sporuts, cleaned
- 2 large leeks, white and light green parts only, cleaned
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbs thai fish sauce
- 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs chinese five spice powder

Chinese Brussel Sprouts
Time: 10 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 6
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in the wok
- Thinly slice the leeks into half moons
- Shred the brussel sprouts
- Add the five spice powder to the heated oil, stirring until fragrant
- Add the brussel sprouts, leeks and mince garlic all at once
- Stir until the brussel sprouts and leeks start to soften
- Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil
- Continue to stir until cooked through
- Serve warm
- If desired garnish with toasted sesame seeds
