Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup, green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 small jalapeno or serano pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 limes (juice)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • kosher salt

  1. In a non reactive bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Great taste but the way I made it was a little "soupy". I tasted this at the restaurant while speaking with Chef Cheng and his was MUCH better. I think I did something wrong...
