Chickpea Rice

Time: 5 minutes prep, 25 minutes cook
Servings: 2-3
 

Directions

  1. Preparation
  2. *In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  3. *Add the rice, toast it for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. *Add the garbanzo beans.
  5. *Add water.
  6. *Cook for about 20 minutes.
