Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 8 ounce. mushrooms (fresh or possibly canned)
- 1/2 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. tarragon

Chicken With White Wine Sauce

Directions
- Saute/fry onion in butter till clear over medium heat; add in mushrooms and chicken. Saute/fry till chicken is tender; add in Worcestershire sauce; garnish with tarragon.
