Chicken With White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 8 ounce. mushrooms (fresh or possibly canned)
  • 1/2 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. tarragon

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till clear over medium heat; add in mushrooms and chicken. Saute/fry till chicken is tender; add in Worcestershire sauce; garnish with tarragon.
