Chicken Tenders

These are great to make ahead, freeze and then cook as you need.

Ingredients

  • 5 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pcs
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix (made into crumbs), 1 pkg. makes 2 c. crumbs
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon crushed basil
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.
  3. Roll in crumb mix.
  4. Place on baking sheet and freeze.
  5. Place frozen chicken tenders in freezer bags and store in freezer.
  6. To bake: Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
