Chicken Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes - (4.9 ounce)
  • 3 c. cut-up cooked chicken or possibly turkey - (1 lb)
  • 2 1/4 c. warm water
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Green Giant frzn cut green beans - (9 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat potatoes, sauce mix and remaining ingredients except cheese to boiling in 10-inch skillet over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 min, stirring occasionally, till potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in cheese. Let stand 5 min.
  4. This recipe yields 5 servings.
  5. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No changes.
