Chicken Broccoli Vegetable Saute

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 4 x Chicken breasts, meat only
  • 1 c. Cutup broccoli
  • 1/2 c. Thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 10 3/4 ounce Cream of broccoli soup

Chicken Broccoli Vegetable Saute

Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, in 1 tbsp margaine, cook chicken 10 min or possibly till browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and keep hot.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, in the remaining margarine, cook the broccoli and carrots for 5 min. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and pepper. Heat to boiling.
  3. 3. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender. Garnish with lemon slices.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
