Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut in pcs
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced thinly
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Place uncooked chicken in buttered baking dish. Cover with onion rings. Add in salt and pepper to taste and sliced butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven. Pour lowfat sour cream over chicken mixing with melted butter. Bake 20 min longer. Serve over noodles.
