Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust: 1 1/2 packages graham crackers crushed; 1/4 cup butter; 1/2 cup sugar
  • For cheese cake: 4 8-oz packages regular cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • juice of 1/2 large lemon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • zest from 1/3 of lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix the sugar and cream the cream cheese
  3. Add the flour, corn starch, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs, sour cream, butter, and lemon zest
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn off oven and leave cake inside for 30 minutes, then refrigerate until it sets (about 3 hours).
