Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves (I used the fresh stuff in the jar)
  • 2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (I think they were 10 to 11 oz)
  • 1 - 10 oz package frozen spinach thawed and well drained (squeeze out extra liquid) I did not double this.
  • 1 cup regular sour cream
  • 1 package regular cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons real mayo
  • 1 cup or more shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (I just guessed, I did not measure)

Directions

  1. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or so.
  2. You may want to mix it in a bowl first and make sure the cream cheese is well mixed.
  3. Another option would be to pop this into the microwave and stir occasionally.
