  • 2 pkt BUTTER BUDS (1 Ounce. DRY)
  • 1/2 c. NON-FAT DRY Lowfat milk SOLIDS
  • 1/4 c. NON DAIRY CREAMER
  • 1/4 c. Warm TAP WATER
  • 2 Tbsp. CORN OIL

Directions

  1. USE A FORK TO BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. (BLEND Warm WATER AND BUTTER BUDS TOGETHER FIRST). BLEND IN A BLENDER ON HIGH SPEED FOR 2 Min. SPOON INTO A CROCK Or possibly TUB AND RefrigerateFOR AT LEAST 30 Min.
  2. NOTE: USE ONVEGETABLES, MUFFINS, TOAST, PANCAKES Or possibly per serving:: cal, 38; fat, 2.3g; HALF THE FAT CALORIES AND ONE THIRD THE TOTAL CALORIES OF NORMAL BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE. IT'S GOOD ON TOAST Or possibly BUT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COOKING, AS IT DOES NOT CONTAIN Sufficient OIL.
