Ingredients
- 2 x bacon slices finely minced
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced green onion
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper

Bubbling Bacon And Horseradish Dip

Directions
- Cook bacon till crisp on medium-high heat. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- In small-size slow-cooker stoneware, combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, mayo, horseradish, green onion, garlic, Cheddar, pepper, bacon bits. Stir well. Cover, cook 1 hour on high setting; stir, cover and cook on high 30 min. Serve or possibly hold on low setting.
- Use as potato chip dip or possibly spoon on endive spears for elegant presentation. Excellent on baked potatoes.
