Ingredients
- 1 lb smaller Brussels sprouts, cleaned, trimmed, left whole
- 1/2 large yellow onion, slivered
- 1/4 cup (or less) olive oil
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water

Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Sauté onions and Brussels until browned
- Add salt, pepper, garlic power and mix
- Add soy and water and mix
- Cover and steam for 5 mins on low heat
- Remove from heat let stand covered for 5 mins.
