Ingredients
- 1 tapioca starch
- 1 cup grated cheese healed at the thickest part of the grater (I add another half cup of freshly grated Parmesan to taste become more pronounced);
- 200 g of heavy cream

Brazilian Cheese Roll
Time: 20 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Directions
- Mix everything with hands for about 5 minutes until smooth; have to give to roll the balls if you think that is too dry, put a little more cream, if too soft, a little more flour, with the time you learn the point, I like the mix is smooth mass, becomes more enjoyable!
- Balls rolled up, going to a placing in a greased baking sheet, leaving a distance of two fingers from each other for not sticking, bake in oven medium / low, about 220, 250 degrees ... time will depend on your oven, in my 20 min in the rolls are already stained
