  • Corned Beef, Cube
  • 2 pieces of potatoes, quartered
  • 2 pieces of carrots, cubed
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1 big onions
  • pepper corns
  • beef bouillon
  • Soy Sauce
  • a dash of powdered a star anise

Boiled Corned Beef with a Taiwanese Touch

Servings: 4 Servings
 

Directions

  1. Boil the corned beef until its tender.
  2. Add the onions, Soy Sauce, Beef Bouillon, powdered star anise, pepper corns and simmer it until the flavor is blended.T
  3. Then, add the potatoes and carrots and simmer it in a low heat until its tender.
  4. Finally, add the cabbage.
  5. Serve hot.
