Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 c. blue corn meal
  • 3 quarts. boiling water

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Mix the corn meal with cool water to make it a watery texture. Then gradually pour into the boiling water while stirring. Cook till thick, stirring to keep from sticking.
  2. This can be used as a drink or possibly it can be eaten as a cereal by using less than 3 qts water.
