Ingredients
- 4 med. potatoes
- Dash of salt
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 egg

Directions
- Grate potatoes. Add in salt and sufficient flour to hold together. Add in 2 Tbsp. butter to frying pan. Drop mix by Tbsp. into pan and fry till well done and turn once.
