Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash nutmeg

Blender Coconut Custard Pie

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till custard is set. Some ovens may require 1 hour and 10 min.
