Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut

Blender Coconut Custard Pie
Servings: 6
Directions
- Put all ingredients in blender; blend for 2 min. Pour into 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min. It forms its own crust.
