Blender Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Blender Coconut Custard Pie

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender; blend for 2 min. Pour into 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min. It forms its own crust.
